請問.若我有看中的房子在中和.但我沒有自備款.要全額貸或增貸.你們可以辦到嗎?服務費用怎麼算?

Anita你好，是否可全額貸，與以下2點有很大的關係，1.成交價 2.貸款人的資歷，細節必須有資料才可判斷，至於增貸，先決條件是物件已經在你名下，還是你指其他意思?
